On the road

We are going to go on the road through the whole of Northern Iceland.

We might even take the side roads and end up down south, after all the summer in Iceland is so versatile that it might leave you anywhere if you decide to follow the weather.

There is a folk-lore saying here in Iceland about the weather stating that if the weather is not good NOW; just wait 5 minutes and it will change.

We will have to see if we can count on the forecast, the recently acquired knowledge from the Cloudspotter’s Guide or just take it as it comes.

The tent is at the ready, so are the sleeping bags. -all we will have to remember are those plastic bags so handy for using as camera covers at both waterfalls and in unfortunate weather.
